Set up Your SPARQ Device

This guide walks you through setting up your SPARQ device on a new account or an existing account.

Important


​Your SPARQ device can only be set up using the SPARQ AI app. Connecting through your phone’s Bluetooth settings will not work. After downloading the app, follow the steps below to complete the setup.


New account

1. Open the SPARQ AI app on your phone.

2. Tap Get Started.

3. Enter your email address, then tap Continue.

4. Enter the verification code sent to your email. Once done, the app will automatically proceed to the next page.

5. Enter your name, then tap Continue.

6. Tap on I have a SPARQ device (Easy Setup).

7. Read the requirements, then tap Get Started.

8. When the app finishes scanning and detects the device, tap Connect Device.

9. Continue with the vehicle onboarding process. A detailed step-by-step guide is available here.

Existing account

1. Open the SPARQ AI app on your phone.

2. From the home screen, tap Connect.

3. Tap Get Started.

4. When the app finishes scanning and detects the device, tap Connect Device.
