Important
Once you initiate account deletion, your account will be scheduled for removal.
All personal data (PII) is permanently deleted 30 days after deletion is initiated.
You can restore your account using the same email within 30 days to access your previous data.
Delete an account
1. Open the SPARQ AI app on your phone.
2. Navigate to the Settings page.
3. Tap on Account.
4. Tap Delete Account to initiate deletion.
5. Confirm by tapping Yes, Continue.
6. Done! Your account is now scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days.
