SPARQ AI

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. When prompted, choose a location access preference to allow SPARQ AI to use your location.*

3. Enter your message or question in the text field, then tap the Send button.

4. Alternatively, select from the predefined questions.

5. SPARQ AI will reply to your message or question. Replies are tailored to the vehicle selected in the app. Price estimates and service center recommendations are influenced by your location if location access is allowed.

*Location access note:
SPARQ AI requires access to your location to recommend nearby service centers based on your current position.

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. Tap the Voice-to-Voice icon to start a voice conversation.

3. When prompted with the microphone access dialog, tap Allow.

4. Use your voice to talk with SPARQ AI. You can tap the microphone icon to mute or unmute yourself, and the X icon to exit voice-to-voice mode.

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. Tap the Plus icon to open the attachments menu.

3. Tap Send Audio.

4. Record the sound/audio you want to share with SPARQ AI. When finished, tap the timer to stop and attach the recording. To cancel, tap the X icon.

5. Tap the Send button to submit the audio recording to SPARQ AI. To discard the recording, tap the X icon. You can also add a text message to provide additional context, if needed.

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. Tap the Plus icon to open the attachments menu.

3. Tap Upload File.

4. Select the file you want to upload, then tap Open.

5. Tap the Send button to submit the file to SPARQ AI. To discard the file, tap the X icon. You can also add a text message to provide additional context, if needed.

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. Tap the Plus icon to open the attachments menu.

3. Tap the Camera icon.

4. When the camera access prompt appears, tap Allow to continue.

5. Take the photo. On this screen, you can turn on the flash or cancel by tapping the X icon.

6. Tap the right-pointing arrow to continue. To retake the photo, tap the back arrow, or tap the X icon to cancel.

7. Tap the Send button to submit the photo to SPARQ AI. To discard the photo, tap the X icon. You can also add a text message to provide additional context, if needed.

1. From home screen, tap the SPARQ AI icon.

2. Tap the Plus icon to open the attachments menu.

3. Select an image from the preview. If you don’t see your image, tap View Library to open your full image gallery.

4. When prompted with the Photo Library access dialog, choose Limit Access or Allow Full Access.

5. After selecting the image, tap Attach Images. You can attach up to 5 images at once.

6. Tap the Send button to submit the image to SPARQ AI. To discard the image, tap the X icon. You can also add a text message to provide additional context, if needed.

1. Tap on the garage component (represented by the car image at the top left of the screen).

2. Select the vehicle you want to use by tapping on it.

3. Congrats! The vehicle has been updated!
