Submitting a bug report can be done in two ways. Below are the detailed steps for each method.

1. Shake your phone side to side to trigger the support dialog window.
2. Tap Report a bug.
3. Describe the bug encountered in the text field.
4. Tap Send to submit the bug report.
5. Our support team will reply shortly.
Method 2
1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Tap Support.
3. Tap Report a bug.
4. Describe the bug encountered in the text field.
5. Tap Send to submit the bug report.
