Your vehicle’s Health Score is calculated using several key attributes, including active diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), mileage, and year of production. These factors are analyzed together to generate a numeric score that reflects your vehicle’s overall condition.
You can interpret your Health Score as follows:
90–100: Your vehicle is in excellent condition. No immediate issues are detected.
80–89: Your vehicle is in good shape, though there are a few items that may benefit from attention.
70–79: Your vehicle has issues that should be addressed soon to prevent further problems.
Below 70: Your vehicle requires immediate attention, as significant issues may be present.
The Health Score is designed to help you understand your vehicle’s condition at a glance and prioritize maintenance before problems become more serious.

There are two common reasons why a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) may not clear:
The underlying issue has not been resolved.
If the root cause of the problem is still present, the vehicle will continue to detect the issue and the code will reappear.
Manufacturer restrictions.
Some vehicle manufacturers limit or block the ability to clear certain diagnostic trouble codes through third-party devices or apps.

Can I use one SPARQ device on multiple vehicles?
Yes. You can use a single SPARQ device on multiple vehicles.
To do so, simply plug the SPARQ device into the vehicle you want to run a diagnostic on. Then, open the SPARQ app and select the corresponding vehicle from your Garage before starting the diagnostic.
As long as the correct vehicle is selected in the app, you can move the SPARQ device between vehicles and run diagnostics as needed.

Yes. The SPARQ device is designed to stay plugged in and continuously monitor your vehicle, so you can receive updates as issues occur.
